A professional white eye shadow primer that glides on easily to create a seamless canvas for the application of eye shadows. This lightweight eye primer allows eye shadow to adhere to its surface creating vibrant, crease-free color with all day wear. It is specially formulated to provide powerful eye shadow longevity and extra “pop” to any of SACHA’s highly pigmented eye shadows.
Dispense using a concealer brush or cosmetic sponge or clean fingertips (for the self-applicator)
Apply to the entire eye from lash line to brow
Blend by patting until the primer phases from a cream consistency to a light-powdery feel. Pay extra attention to blending this white eye primer as it takes more time to blend into the skin tone (as compared to colored eye primers).
Proceed with eye shadow application
